Ms. Vijums is a Managing Director at HCI Equity Partners, having joined the Firm with the integration of Hidden Creek Partners in 2005. Ms. Vijums joined Hidden Creek in 1993. While at Hidden Creek, she actively participated in the management of several Hidden Creek portfolio companies including, Commercial Vehicle Group, Dura Automotive, Tower Automotive and Automotive Industries. Ms. Vijums provided financial services and management support, acquisition and divestiture assistance and business development services to these companies. She has participated in over 50 acquisitions and in securing debt financing in excess of $5 billion. Ms. Vijums was also involved in taking three companies public during her tenure at Hidden Creek. Ms. Vijums serves on the Board of Directors of Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. Prior to joining Hidden Creek, Ms. Vijums spent 5 years in the Accounting and Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen & Co. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Luther College, graduating magna cum laude.
