Bio
Justin R. Stark, a Vice President at EDG, works closely with the Partners in sourcing, analysis, structuring, financing, oversight and disposition of EDG’s investments. Mr. Stark’s professional experience has focused on private equity investing and transaction structuring and analysis. Mr. Stark began his career at Wachovia Corporation within its Corporate and Investment Banking Group. After Wachovia, Mr. Stark joined Patriarch Partners, a $6 billion hedge fund investing across the capital structure in distressed companies and turnaround situations. In this capacity, Mr. Stark served on the board of select portfolio companies and managed a portfolio of distressed assets. Mr. Stark received a MBA from Vanderbilt University as a merit scholarship recipient and a BA in Finance from Marshall University.
