Kapil Singhal

Bio

Mr Singhal has over 16 years of professional experience in infrastructure and real estate, and is responsible for investment sourcing, appraisal, execution monitoring and project structuring. He began his career in engineering design, supervision and project management before becoming a strategic consultant in social, urban and core Infrastructure with Feedback Ventures, a provider of advisory, engineering, project management and capacity building services to corporations, governments and development organisations in the infrastructure sector. In 2003, Mr Singhal joined Ramky Group as CEO of Ramky Infrastructure Ltd (2), and built the infrastructure consulting practice of Ramky Infra Consulting Pvt Ltd, now known as Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd. Mr Singhal is the Non Executive Director and Chairman of Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd, and he is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Bhartiya Urban Infrastructure and Land Development Company, which is actively involved in infrastructure and real estate projects. He specialises in managing Infrastructure projects from conceptualisation and planning, position and viability analysis through to structuring, negotiation, financing execution and marketing. Mr Singhal is a Member of the Federation of the Urban Development Committee of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr Singhal holds an Honours degree in Civil Engineering from HBTI Mr Singhal (under Kanpur University), and an MBA (Finance) from Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon.
