Mr. Camp has seven years experience in corporate M&A transactions, ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion, including five years with Nortel Networks. Responsibilities include deal structuring and analysis with specific knowledge around tax, accounting, human resources, and legal issues. Previously, he was in the business valuation group of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he assisted in and led business valuations of private companies for fairness, mergers and acquisitions, tax purposes, purchase price allocation, option valuation, disposal of assets, litigation matters, and intangible asset valuation. Mr. Camp has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Washington and Lee University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He has passed Chartered Financial Analyst - Level II.
