Mr. Smith has business development and delivery responsibility in managed revenue. He has developed business solutions and business transformation strategies for large domestic and international financial organizations, implement common framework to integrate business operations and establish operational governance structure, develop business growth strategies, and coach senior executives in realizing their vision around organizational improvement, process optimization and revenue growth. His accomplishments include design, development and deployment of large transformation programs for major organizations including the United States Army, MetLife, Merrill Lynch, Bank of Bermuda and American Express. He has reviewed business plans and strategies of many start-ups in technology and software vertical markets. Mr. Smith has MBA, International Business and Finance from Georgetown University and Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland.
