Keith Williams

Bio

Mr. Keith A. Williams is responsible for the underwriting and sourcing of Buchanan debt and equity investments. Prior to joining Buchanan, Mr. Williams was a Vice President with Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage. Mr. Williams underwrote, closed, and securitized $2.8 billion of commercial real estate loans while at Bear Stearns. As a Vice President, Mr. Williams originated and closed $52 million in commercial real estate loans Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance Emphasis from the University of Southern California with a Minor in Philosophy. He is a member of ULI and NAIOP, and remains active with USC’s Marshall School of Business
