Ken Warren

Bio

Prior to joining Littlejohn & Co. Mr. Warren was the Senior Vice President - Finance at Quadrangle Group LLC where he was responsible for the hedge fund and asset management businesses. Prior to joining Quadrangle in 2005, Mr. Warren was the Chief Financial Officer at Clearwater Capital Partners, LLC where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting, investor relations, operations and financial affairs of Clearwater. His prior experience includes Credit Suisse First Boston, The Beacon Group and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Warren is a certified public accountant and an attorney. Mr. Warren holds a J.D. with tax honors from Rutgers School of Law and a B.S. from Providence College.
