Kenneth F Elias

Bio

Kenneth Elias joined Blackstreet Capital Management in 2010. Previously, Mr. Elias worked as a Director of Portfolio Management for CapitalSource in its leveraged lending practice where he managed in excess of $1 billion of corporate cash flow loans. Prior thereto, Mr. Elias worked for Allied Capital in various roles. Initially, he performed workouts of troubled real estate loans. Later, he worked as an Associate in the Private Finance Group where he originated and managed subordinated debt and control equity investments. Prior to Allied Capital, Mr. Elias worked for Watkins, Meegan, Drury & Company, a regional CPA and consulting firm Mr Elias received an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He also earned an MS in Accounting from the University of Delaware Mr Elias is a Certified Public Accountant
