Member of 21st Century Group’s investment committee and is active in the screening process of potential investment opportunities reviewed by the Firm. Currently advises Paris Packaging on sales force management, recruitment, training and retention and previously advised Paris Packaging on the creation of a direct sales force. Provides strategic advice to Paris Packaging and other 21st Century Group portfolio companies. President of The Laday Group, a firm which specializes in management consulting and business development. Previously, served for 26 years for the Xerox Corporation, holding many different positions including the Head of North American Sales. Mr. Laday serves as Vice Chairman of Texas Health Resources and serves on the board of TD Industries and Rent-A-Center. BS from Southern University. MS from Louisiana State University.
