Bio
Mr Brandon joined Seaport Capital in 1998 and brings 16 years of private equity, merchant banking and high yield experience to the firm. He sources, negotiates, and manages portfolio investments on behalf of Seaport Capital. Prior to joining Seaport Capital, was a partner with Sycamore Ventures, a private equity firm. At Sycamore, Mr Brandon completed investments in consumer product, outsourced communications services, and automotive after-market businesses. Before Sycamore Ventures, Mr Brandon was a Vice President in the high yield bond department at Lehman Brothers Inc, where he focused on research across a spectrum of cyclical industries. From 1984 to 1990, Mr Brandon was with Prudential-Bache Interfunding and Prudential Capital where he completed leveraged buyouts of broadcast and print media, beverage, retail and consumer product companies. Mr Brandon holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
