Kevin Gould is an entrepreneur, talent manager, brand builder, and active angel investor based in Los Angeles. Gould began his career at William Morris Endeavor where he noticed a missing link between technology and entertainment. This inspired him to start his own consulting and investing firm, Kombo Ventures. In the years that followed, Gould made strategic investments in a number of innovative new startups; Clutter, Gyft (acquired by First Data), Compology, DraftKings, The Hunt (acquired by Pinterest), Whistle (acquired by Mars), Laurel and Wolf, Rinse, Jukin Media, Brandable, Stem, Pocketwatch, and many more. Currently, Gould is the CEO of Kombo Ventures which now operates as a holding company to its three core operating divisions: Talent Management, a Strategic Creative Agency, and Brand Incubation. Gould also currently serves as a co-founder of Insert Name Here, a direct to consumer hair brand launched in the fall of 2018. Named to Variety Magazine’s 2019 Dealmakers List, Gould continues to advise and invest in a comprehensive portfolio of companies in addition to regularly speaking on panels and at events on new media, experiential marketing, and the convergence of technology, entertainment, and consumer brand building.
