Kevin Schwartz

Bio

Mr. Schwartz is a founding Partner of Paine & Partners. He began his career in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. In 1999, Mr. Schwartz joined Fremont Partners where he assisted with the management of $1.7 billion of equity funds. In 2002, Mr. Schwartz joined the predecessor firm, Fox Paine & Company, and had responsibility for the firm's Fund II investments in Seminis Inc., Advanta B.V., and VCST Industrial Products B.V. Mr. Schwartz serves as a member on the Board of Directors of Icicle Seafoods and is a member of the Rush Associates Board of the Rush University Medical Center.
