Kristin joined Midwest in 2002. Previously, Kristin worked in investment banking with Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin where she was involved in mergers & acquisitions, bankruptcy restructurings and financial advisory engagements with middle-market companies. Kristin presently serves as a Director or Board Observer of Fab-Tech, RHC Holdings and TS3. Kristin received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa.Career
