Mr. Hirt has been with Lindsay Goldberg since 2003. Previously, Mr. Hirt was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he spent nine years in the mergers and acquisitions department advising a broad range of general industrial clients. Mr. Hirt began his career practicing law at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and was subsequently a management consultant at Touche Ross & Co. He currently serves as Director of PL Midstream LLC, The Brock Group, Inc., Brightstar Corp., PL Propylene LLC, RECON Holdings III Inc., Scandza AS, PSC, LLC, Panadero Aggregates Holdings, LLC and Trygg Pharma Holding AS. Mr. Hirt received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Harvard University and graduated from Yeshiva College with a B.A. in Economics.
