Bio

Lauren oversees all events at Neo. She previously built the workplace experience team at Plaid and ran global internal events at Dropbox. She has helped various startups including Gem in workplace operations. She enjoys frozen yogurt like it's a hobby, can't help but dance when there's music playing, and likes to learn the littest lingo. Lauren is also pursuing a marriage family therapy license to better understand and help others.
