Bio
Lee is a Vice President of Claritas Capital. Prior to joining Claritas, Lee spent three years in Morgan Keegan’s investment banking group. While at Morgan Keegan, Lee focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as public and private capital financings in a variety of industries, including; business and healthcare services, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and general industrial. Prior to his tenure with Morgan Keegan, Lee was a senior analyst in Wachovia’s fixed income derivatives group. Lee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina where he assisted in managing the school’s investment portfolio and was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honorary society. Lee is a CFA charterholder.
