Lee H. Carson is a Managing Director responsible for investor relations. He is based in San Francisco. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Carson was a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group of Merrill Lynch, where he was employed from 1993 to 1999. Prior to this time, Mr. Carson was a Partner of Trammell Crow Company, where he spent seven years responsible for real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management in the firm's Los Angeles region. Mr. Carson is registered as a lobbyist in California. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Carson held Series 7 and Series 62 licenses. Mr. Carson currently holds Series 63, 82, and 24 licenses. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Business School.
