Lee B. D. Strebel is an experienced executive, Certified Public Accountant and energy M&A and commercial advisor with 26 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, portfolio management, and transaction structuring, negotiation and execution. From 2002 until recently, Lee was Vice President Portfolio Management for Shell’s US Gas and Power business, as well as Coordinator of Shell’s global Gas and Power divestment and sell-down activities. Lee joined Shell’s US Gas and Power business at its formation in 1998 as Vice President and Controller of Tejas Gas Holdings (formerly Tejas Gas Corporation) and has significant experience with onshore and offshore natural gas transportation, processing and marketing, and LNG commercial activities. Lee was also a Board Director and Officer of Shell US Gas and Power and its subsidiaries from 2001 until recently.
