Ms Golden, a seasoned investment professional with over 11 years of private equity, investment banking and capital markets experience, joined Ridgewood in 2000. She was one of the founding members and a Principal in the Latin America Merchant Bank at Banc of America Securities (formerly NationsBanc Montgomery). Ms Golden was an integral part of investing and managing the firm’s proprietary private equity fund internationally. Before that, she spent five years at Bankers Trust in the Latin America Merchant Bank, structuring and executing both financings and merger and acquisitions for large industrial, technology and financial companies in the region. Ms Golden also worked at Lehman Brothers in equity capital markets, executing equity transactions for the firm’s global client base. Ms Golden holds a BS and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
