Previously at LucasVarity for three years where, as Director of Strategy and Business Planning, she was closely involved in the disposal of LucasVarity to TRW. Prior to that was a management consultant with both Kalchas and Bain & Co. Involved in the investments in Profiad, Tunstall, Newchurch and Match. Director on the board of SHL, Achilles and Visma, and a non-executive director of Remploy. Degree in Human Sciences from Oxford University.
