Bio
Experienced adviser for mergers & acquisitions in the technology sector, having advised on a large number of transactions within IT services, consulting and information services. Was previously an executive at Broadview’s London office (now Jefferies), and was responsible for numerous transactions in software, e-commerce and media. Prior experience also includes five years of consulting in Germany and Sweden, most recently with American Management Systems (now CGI), an international business and IT consulting firm, and was a senior business consultant. Fluent in English, German, Danish and Swedish. Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto, an MBA from INSEAD.
