Bio

He has over 12 years of experience in the field of Capital Markets (Wall Street), Real Estate Finance and Investments. Manish is the founding director of Beekman Helix India Partners which, is an India focused real estate merchant bank, fund manager and investor. He was also a founder and Managing Partner of Helix Financial Group LLC. Helix Financial Group supports US & European institution in the structured finance arena. He was formerly a Principal in the CMBS Finance group of Bank of America Securities LLC, where he was responsible for all fixed rate securitization. He also spent 2 years at Key Bank where he held the position of Vice President - Securitization and Trading and was involved in developing the CMBS / real estate capital markets group within KeyBank. He was the founding member of the CMBS group at the Bank. He has also worked in India with companies like HCL-Hewlett Packard and UB Group (one of India's top 10 Corporations). He has an Under graduate degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from XLRI and another MBA from Case Western Reserve University - Cleveland, Ohio.
