Mark Attanasio

Bio

Group Managing Director of TCW and Chief Investment Officer of US Below Investment Grade Fixed Income Mark joined TCW in 1995 after the acquisition of Crescent Capital where he was a Co-Founder and Co-CEO. He co-heads the firm's Leveraged Finance Group, and is the Co-Portfolio Manager for the TCW Leveraged Income Trusts. From 1985 to 1991, Mark was a member of the High Yield Bond and investment banking departments of Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. Prior to Drexel, he was an Attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton. Mark is a Director of TCW Asset Management Company and the Brown University Third Century Fund. Received his JD from Columbia University School of Law and his BA from Brown University.
