Responsible for partnering the Chairman on strategy, building the management team and business process, deal sourcing, execution & monitoring and delivering results. Has had 24 years of corporate operating and deal making experience. Previously, he was the MD of Yahoo Europe, the Deputy MD of Hodder Headline plc and Commercial Director of Sega Europe and Virgin Communications. Has led a large number of business turnarounds with revenues ranging from startups to a billion dollars, delivering significant shareholder returns. Has also acted as adviser to media and technology companies. Currently a Board member of Rambler Media Group plc, Newbay Software Ltd, and Web Reservation International Ltd. Formerly a non-executive director of Autonomy Corporation plc. MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC (Coopers & Lybrand). Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada.
