Mark Poff

Bio

Mr. Poff joined SPC in 1997. He was previously with the private equity consulting practice of Bain & Co., where he led due diligence projects for a number of private equity sponsors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Poff was a consultant with LEK Consulting where he specialized in valuations and acquisition advisory. Mr. Poff serves as Chairman of Bravo Sports and Incase Designs Corp., and is the past Chairman of Kooba, LLC, and is a Director of Insight Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Lavo, Inc., Pineridge Bakery, Inc., Raj Manufacturing, LLC, ReNew Life Formulas, Inc., and is a past Director of Fresh Food Concepts, Inc., Liberty Brand Products, Inc., Reef Holdings Corp., and Totes Isotoner Corporation. Mr. Poff received an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA degree summa cum laude from the University of California at Davis.
