Bio

Martin Bradley O’Connor, II, Esq. is the managing partner of O’Connor, Morss & O’Connor, P.C. founded in 1903. Martin’s practice involves counseling his clients, their family offices and their closely-held businesses regarding strategic planning, ownership and wealth management issues. His varied professional experiences have resulted in a practice representing individuals and entities in the entertainment, sport and financial sectors. Martin has served as a director of public companies, and serves as a director and trustee of closely-held companies, charitable organizations, foundations and professional boards. He also serves as an independent trustee of numerous multigenerational trusts and charitable trusts. The vast majority of Martin’s clients and their matters are private. However, a few of Martin’s recent public activities are as follows: Martin was a Director of Rentrak Corporation, a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ (RENT) from 2010 until its merger with comScore (SCOR) in January, 2017. He was also a Director of Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp., a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ (CIDM) until his resignation in July, 2016. Martin also served as a director of Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. NASDAQ (DCIN) a motion picture exhibitor which was acquired by Carmike Cinemas Inc. (CKEC) in August, 2014. Martin is a graduate of the Pingry School, The Johns Hopkins University, and The Seton Hall University School of Law.
