Matthew B Laycock

Mr. Laycock is a Vice President of Aurora Capital Group. Mr. Laycock joined Aurora Capital Group in 2004 and then rejoined the firm following the completion of a Master's in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. Previously, Mr. Laycock was an Analyst in the Industrials Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan. While at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Laycock's assignments included mergers and acquisitions advisory, high-grade and high-yield debt financings, and public equity offerings. Most recently, Mr. Laycock served as a Senior Associate at Castle Harlan, a middle market private equity firm based in New York. Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
