Mr. Lee is involved in the evaluation and execution of potential Gores opportunities. Prior to joining Gores, Mr. Lee was an Analyst at Moelis & Company and UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on M&A, financing and restructuring transactions. Mr. Lee received his B.A.in Business-Economics, cum laude, from UCLA.
