Advises Chrysalis on food and restaurant investments. Founded Famous Moe's Pizza developing 12 units, which was sold to a major Burger King Franchisee in 2002. Then joined Domino's Pizza as Head of Business Development with responsibility for rolling out 50 stores per year. Since 2004, has acted as a consultant to some of the UK's best known brands providing advice on areas covering Operations, Marketing, Concept Development, Roll Out Strategies and Franchising.
