Responsible for fund raising, deal sourcing, investment appraisal, execution and legal due diligence. Has had over 20 years of experience in M&A, operational management, property development and fund raising. Was a Founding Director and major shareholder of GB Railways Group plc which was simultaneously floated on the AIM market at the time it acquired the Anglia Railways franchise. Was instrumental in negotiating a profitable sale of GB Railways to FirstGroup plc where he also served as director of their rail division. Arrived in England from Canada in 1988 to work on the development of Canary Wharf where he negotiated multi-million pound logistic and construction contracts and was a member of the team that promoted and negotiated the Jubilee Line Extension. Member of the Advisory Board of Hodgson & Faraday Fund LLP – a property investment fund. LLB from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Ontario and an attorney at law in New York.
