Spent seven years with Ernst & Young, specialising in corporate finance, and subsequently joined Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein to focus on private equity transactions. In 2000, joined 3i plc where, as a senior investment manager, he had responsibility for a broad range of investment and management activities. Whilst at 3i, was personally involved in investments with aggregate realised value uplifts of over £300 million. Graduate of Warwick University. Chartered Accountant.
