Michael D Cottle

Bio

Mr. Cottle is a Vice President at Normandy and is responsible for asset management of the Westchester County, New York office portfolio. Prior to joining Normandy, he was Senior Vice President and co-head of the East Coast Acquisition Team of the Ashforth Company. In addition to sourcing, he directed the underwriting, valuation and closing of real estate investment transactions. His asset management responsibilities included the capitalization and refinancing of portfolio assets, reporting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and disposition. Mr. Cottle is a graduate of Colgate University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematical economics.
