Bio
Mr Hollend joined EdgeStone in January 2003. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and executing deals as well as providing support and guidance to portfolio companies in the Venture Fund. Prior to joining EdgeStone, he worked at Goodmans LLP where he built and managed the Ventures Group, a division of the firm dedicated to providing legal and business services to venture stage companies. Previously he worked at Griffiths McBurney & Partners in the Corporate Finance department. Mr Hollend holds a MBA and a LLB from the University of Toronto and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
