Michael I Klein

Bio

Mr. Klein joined Littlejohn & Co. LLC at its inception in 1996. Prior to Littlejohn, he acquired and served as an executive officer and director of S&S Industries, a mid-size manufacturing concern. Previously, he was a senior associate at Joseph, Littlejohn & Levy, where he worked on numerous buyouts and subsequent turnaround, acquiring both financial and management experience. Mr. Klein began his career at Sumitomo Corporation as a project manager in its transportation equipment department. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1991, following a B.S. in Accounting from New York University in 1986.
