Ms Neagoe joined Pedersen & Partners in 2005 after working for ten years with Ernst & Young / Andersen as a Senior Manager in management consulting and human capital advisory. She started and led the Human Capital Advisory Practice for Andersen and later Ernst & Young in Romania. Graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
