Nancy S Allen

Nancy S. Allen is the Chief Financial Officer of Clayton Associates, LLC, and FCA Venture Partners, its venture capital investment partnership. In her role with FCA Venture Partners, she is primarily responsible for financial and tax reporting to investors and as a resource for financial aspects of due diligence. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms Allen was in public accounting for over 20 years prior to joining Clayton Associates in 2000. She served as the tax partner at Heathcott and Mullaly and Hill, Neal and Allen, both Brentwood, Tennessee public accounting firms. During her career in public accounting, Ms Allen consulted with many investment partnerships in the area of financial reporting, due diligence and taxation. Ms. Allen is a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
