Natalie has spent 6 years working as a research consultant, within the retail sector. She has worked on large scale strategic projects for clients including New Look, White Stuff, Clarks and Boots. For 2 years she worked exclusively as the M&S account director, managing all of M&S’ qualitative research, via their consumer panel. Natalie has a broad spectrum of experience in market research, ranging from branding and customer segmentation studies, to advertising and product testing.
