Bio

Navin has five years of professional experience in Venture Capital and Investment Banking industry. At Reliance Venture Asset Management (RVAM), Navin has evaluated investment opportunities and conducted due diligence and valuation analysis in areas such as TMT, healthcare, education, defense, cleantech etc. He is actively involved in managing portfolio companies and currently serves as Board of Director on Tessolve Services world’s largest independent semiconductor testing services company and as Board Observer on Reverse Logistics, Suvidhaa Infoserve and Wellspring. Navin served on the Board of Dhama Innovations a pioneer in functionalizing apparel, prior to its exit. Prior to Reliance Venture Asset Management, he was working with Darashaw and Company Private Limited (DCPL) as an associate in the Investment banking division. While at DCPL he was involved in end to end execution of mandates for public offers, private placement, loan syndication etc for private and state owned entities. Here he worked closely with the Institutional sales team to close several transactions.Prior to this Navin has completed under graduation in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI and Masters in Business Administration from Mumbai University and presently pursuing CFA Level III. He had interned with Standard Chartered Bank in the Operational risk division and Bhaba Atomic Research Centre in the Robotics division.
