BSc, MRICS is a Partner at Rockspring having joined as an Asset Manager in November 1994. Currently the Fund Director for both Retail Plus Property Trust, a Jersey Unit Trust specialising in high street related retail property, for Cheshire County Council Pension Fund’s discretionary property investment portfolio and from October 2008 of Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust, a substantial Jersey based, actively managed, commingled real estate fund with assets throughout the UK.
