Joined GSC Group in 2000. Responsible for the day to day operation of the European Mezzanine Lending business. Previously with National Westminster Bank plc, where his career spanned 22 years and included relationship banking and various credit department roles for mid-corporate and major corporate lending before moving in to the leverage finance market in 1990. One of the founding Directors of the bank’s Acquisition Finance business and during his time there worked on a wide variety of private equity and corporate leveraged acquisitions in the UK and Europe as well as being a member of the NatWest Markets Mezzanine investment committee. Responsible for a team of 7 professionals, which originated and executed over 30 leveraged finance transactions within the UK and European market. Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
