Nikolai’s investment interests and entrepreneurial experience are in FinTech, Blockchain, Deep Learning, and Mobile start-ups. Over the last seven years, Nikolai Oreshkin has been involved in over fifty cross-border and venture transactions, including cross-border and mergers/acquisitions valued at more than USD $2.5 billion. Prior to moving to Silicon Valley, Nikolai founded a private internet service provider and was one of the first entrepreneurs who offered internet access to the people of Belarus. Nikolai was also heavily featured in promoting the use of internet messengers and social networks in Eastern Europe.
