Noel Barnes

Bio

Noel oversees the Corporate Operations of Edge Capital Partners and is a member of the firm's Operating Committee. He joined Edge from EzGov, Inc., where he was Chief Financial Officer and had been Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Earlier in his career Noel was Director of Finance for Retx, Inc., an energy software firm, and an Accountant with Arthur Andersen. Noel is also on the Board of Trustees at the Mt. Vernon Presbyterian School. Noel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University. He holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
