Paola Chiecchio

Bio

Paola Chiecchio is the Chief Operating Officer of 4D Global Energy Advisors. She joined the team in September 2008 and has been continuously involved in the energy sector since 1985. After 10 years with Technip negotiating and structuring finance for the construction of industrial projects, she spent 9 years at Lazard Frères & Cie where she was involved in advising on M&A transactions and privatisations, project finance and government advisory inter alia for major oil and gas projects. In 2003 she joined the Department of Treasury at the French Ministry of Finance where she structured and executed capital market transactions for the French State (including the IPOs of EDF and Gaz de France). Her last position was Deputy CFO of CGG Veritas, a major listed company providing seismic services to the oil and gas sector. Following studies in Chemistry at l’Université de Technologie de Compiègne Ms Chiecchio received a Masters degree in business administration from l’Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris. She speaks fluent English, Italian and French.
