Patrick is Vice President of Talent at Khosla Ventures, where he works across the portfolio advising entrepreneurs on executive search and talent strategy. Prior to Khosla Ventures, Patrick led executive search for Adobe’s $7B Digital Media business, as well as its Cloud Technology organization. He joined Adobe from Korn Ferry, a leading organizational consulting firm, where he managed C-suite search engagements for marquee consumer digital and enterprise technology clients. Before Korn Ferry, Patrick was a Principal at Bespoke Partners, a boutique search firm that partnered exclusively with Venture Capital and Private Equity clients. He began his career as an attorney at a business litigation firm in San Diego. Patrick holds a JD from University of San Diego School of Law and a BA from Arizona State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
