Patrick Vignaud

Bio

With 20 years of experience as a VC, CFO and fund raiser, Mr Vignaud specializes in financing high-growth and high-tech companies. Mr Vignaud started his professional career as an auditor and professional accountant with Ernst & Young. He moved into a position as venture capital manager for a $100M venture capital fund owned by a group of insurance companies (Sofindas). Mr Vignaud then served as Chief Financial Officer for ActivCard (ACTV, Nasdaq), a leader in authentication and electronic certification technology. He then joined, developed and brought another company public: NetGem, a leader in interactive TV technology (NTG, Eurolist C). He joined Aelios Finance early 2005 as a General Partner. Mr Vignaud graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (MBA) and has a Diplôme d'Expert Comptable (CPA).
