Paul Barker

Bio

Prior to joining Oxford Capital Paul was a transaction director for Balfour Beatty Investments where he developed renewable energy projects from deal origination, through the development phase to financial close. Paul worked closely with developers to review potential projects, as well as researching new technology entrants into the UK market. Paul also led two large scale CHP projects for blue chip industrial clients. Previously Paul worked on PFI social infrastructure projects both at Balfour Beatty Investments and Parsons Brinckerhoff, served for 8 years as a commissioned officer in the British Army.
