Paul Caliento

Bio

Paul joined Clearview in 2006 from Flackman, Goodman & Potter, PA, a regional audit, tax and consulting firm, where he was the lead partner in charge of M&A Transaction Advisory Services. Over the last eight years, Paul directed the accounting and tax due diligence in more than 100 acquisitions and divestitures and provided business consulting services in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, distribution, health care and business-to-business services. His work was focused primarily on advising Private Equity Funds and strategic buyers on all aspects of transactions. He began his career at KPMG, and from 1993-1997 was VP of Finance at a private equity backed, middle market manufacturing and distributing company, Grobet File. Paul is a CPA and graduated with a BA in accounting and marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
