is the Managing Director of Calera FinTech Advisors, an entity that targets investments in companies in the financial services industry with technology-enabled business processes. Calera FinTech is owned and operated by Mr. Walsh and is licensed by Calera Capital to use the Calera name in providing sourcing, diligence, operating and related services to Calera Capital investment funds and their portfolio companies. Prior to Calera FinTech Advisors, Mr. Walsh provided similar services to Calera for approximately two years. Mr. Walsh is the former Chairman and CEO of eFunds Corporation (NYSE: EFD), a leading provider of risk management, electronic funds transfer services, prepaid card processing, and global outsourcing solutions to more than 10,000 financial services companies in more than 80 countries. The Company also provides point-of-sale fraud prevention solutions to retailers and electronic benefits processing services to government entities. As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Walsh led a dramatic improvement in the company’s operating performance and stock price driven by revenue growth initiatives, strategic acquisitions, rationalization of non-core assets, and cost reductions. Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (NYSE: FIS) acquired eFunds in September 2007 for approximately $1.8 billion. Mr. Walsh is a Director of Staples, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLS) and a Director of Sterling Infosystems (technology enabled employment and background screening services), and he is on the Board of Trustees at Thunderbird, School of Global Management. Mr. Walsh received a B.S. in Engineering from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Boston University (with Honors).
