Bio
Joined Barclays Private Equity in September 2006 from the Leveraged Finance division of Barclays Bank. In Leveraged Finance, worked for 5 years specialising in structuring and delivering senior debt and mezzanine finance alongside Private Equity sponsors. Since joining Barclays Private Equity, has worked on a number of transactions in a variety of sectors, including the replacement capital invested in Paragon Labels, the secondary MBO of Worldmark International Ltd and the MBO of Gardman Holdings Ltd. Was awarded Young Dealmaker of the Year at the Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2008. Joint honours degree in Mathematics and Physics from Warwick University.
