Prior to joining Star Avenue Capital, Mr. Lattanzio served as a Senior Managing Director and the head of Bear Growth Capital Partners, the growth equity affiliate of Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, the predecessor of Irving Place Capital. He previously served as a Managing Director for TD Capital Communications Partners, co-founder and Senior Managing Director of NMS Capital Management, LLC, and Managing Director at BT Investment Partners. BSE, with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
